When it comes to cookware, I truly believe that it is a personal preference. We are all different and like different styles so why shouldn't that pertain to our cookware choice. Whether you are a stainless steel lover or you prefer a non-stick surface, we have a pan for you. We carry five types of cookware and I love and I have used them all at one point or another in my kitchen. In stainless steel, we have the ever popular All-Clad, the new to the market, CIA(Culinary Institute of America), and the old French standard Mauviel M'Cook. The All-Clad is the most recognized cookware name in the store. As a small specialty shop, I have a lot of unique pieces at special pricing which makes acquiring pans very affordable. The CIA is 7-ply with a copper core, which is sensational. Their 12" sauté pan is truly my favorite pan in my kitchen. I love the handles because I have trouble with my wrists and I need all the help I can get lifting. The Mauviel M’Cook is from France and I love the high sides that their pans have. I also love the extra large helper handles for easy lifting, especially when I am using a pot holder. Plus, they are so beautiful along with being functional. |

| In non-stick, I have ScanPan and Moneta. I am not a person who ever thought about non-stick as an option, but I love both of these brands. When ScanPan sent me a sample, I was hooked. They are a green pan, made out of recycled aluminum and completely encapsulated with titanium. You can even use metal utensils and they won't ruin the surface. Next, along came an Italian pan called Moneta and I fell in love completely. If you love to cook in enameled cast iron, these are the pans for you! They cook the same way but without the heavy weight. They are also the only non-stick pan that is certified "non-toxic". Both ScanPan and Moneta can go in the oven, which is an added bonus!!!!! | ||
